My Background

Jack Stagg

I have always had a passion for serving and helping people achieve their full potential in all endeavors. That is how I care for all my clients; providing the time, guidance, and care they need to succeed.

I have been a proud member of the Tulsa community for over 20 years, and therefore have a vested interest in seeing my friends, neighbors, and clients succeed. I am a standing member of the Tulsa Southside Rotary Club, Tulsa Young Proefssionals, Tulsa Estate Planning Forum, and a parishioner at the Church of St. Mary.

Life insurance has impacted my family generationally. When my grandfather passed away, my father was only 7 years old. My grandmother found herself in a difficult situation, with 5 young children to take care of and provide for on her own. They had some life insurance that helped, but not enough, so my Grandmother had to go back to work. They were able to stay in their home and community which is worth a lot, but looking back with 20/20 hindsite if they had a business succession plan for their family business and also bought more life insurance they would have had a much easier path. From this situation I learned that 1% of something good is better than 100% of nothing.

As I grew up, I was able to witness the benefits of proper retirment planning firsthand through my father helping my Grandmother prepare. She was able to retire, receive long term-care, and live a comfortable lifestyle. This did not happen by accident; it happened because of smart retirement and long-term planning through the help of New York Life and its affiliates.

In addition to my 3 years of experience, insurance and financial services has been a part of my family for over 100 years, and I am a graduate of Cascia Hall Preparatory School and of the Price College of Business at the University of Oklahoma. I have also participated and completed courses in New York Life's well-known training program, NYLIC University. However, it is my personal experiences with New York Life that have truly made me passionate about the industry and helping my clients on a day-to-day basis.

Of course, my background isn't really the one that matters. To be the best profeesional, I've found that getting to know my clients – their hopes, their dreams and goals for the future is what really matters.
